Delivery
We currently only ship to the UK mainland. Our standard shipping charges are displayed during the checkout process and are calculated according to the order value.
Orders over £150.00 delivered to most UK areas will be delivered free. Orders delivered under £150.00 to most UK areas will be plus £10.00 carriage.

Exceptional Consignments
An additional delivery charge may apply to exceptionally bulky consignments to some UK mainland destinations. If your order is affected you will be advised before payment is despatched.

Excluded Areas/Northern Ireland
We currently operate a standard service to Northern Ireland which is for small box & parcels orders only. For any bulkier orders, they will be looked at on an individual basis, and you will be advised of any potential extra costs prior to despatch.

Residential Delivery Addresses
Some residential delivery addresses could be subject to a delivery surcharge. We will contact you with the additional costs should this occur

Delivery Schedule
Once your order has been confirmed we will deliver Monday-Friday only within 2-3 days. If your delivery is likely to exceed this timescale we will contact you to keep you updated.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will then be advised of the delivery date.

Returns
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU distance selling directive

Subject to the delivery post code entered at the time of your order, varying delivery charges will apply for orders despatched, this will be confirmed during the checkout of your order

Zone 1 – Standard UK mainland delivery

Zone 2 – Scottish Highlands & Islands and Northern Ireland

Zone 3 – Channel Islands, Outer Hebrides

Zone 4 – Isle of Man
